Formula video series

Project Description: This employer branding project involved interviewing Adyen’s board members about the "Adyen Formula," eight guiding principles for the workforce. The series aimed to present the board as approachable colleagues and highlight their understanding of these principles through nine videos: one for each formula point and one overall version.

Responsibilities: I developed the visual concept by scouting locations within the Amsterdam headquarters to reflect company culture, setting a tone of warmth and professionalism with appropriate lighting and color grading. I also designed the intros and outros for the series. Locations and camera angles were carefully selected to create engaging visuals, humanizing the leadership and showcasing the company's culture.

Outcome: The video series effectively highlighted Adyen's guiding principles and company culture, making the leadership approachable for employees and potential recruits.
